Sessions are only offered over the phone to maximize the possibilities for scheduling & to minimize interruptions during sessions.
Absolutely, the focus of my coaching is about supporting individuals in creating strong, promising & long-lasting relationships. I coach friends, family, singles, couple, etc.
Coaching creates a safe place to explore the thoughts, emotions & perspectives that are stopping you from having the relationship you desire. (Ugh, I can just do that with my friends..) Maybe, in my experience friends don't always have the tools that you need. I have invested hours in personal training, coaching, books & continue to find ways to equip myself so that I can support you the best way I can.
In order to reserve your spot you must pay before your session. If you need to cancel for any reason, you must cancel no later than 24 hours before session to avoid a $15 fee.
